  • 4 ounce Veg. oil
  • 1 x Clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 4 lb Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin.
  • 2 x Green peppers, seeded and cut into strips
  • 2 x Onions, finely minced
  • 1 x -2 c. of water
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 4 x Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and minced Salt (you can vary the amount to your taste.)

Directions

  1. 1 In a heavy-bottomed casserole, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic. 2 Add in the caraway seeds, paprika, and water. 3 Add in the potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes. 4 Simmer for thirty min.
  2. Difficulty: easy. Time: 15 min preparation, 30 min cooking.
