POM Wonderful Blueberry Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

• HoneyB's POM Wonderful Blueberry Banana Bread
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 cup POM Blueberry Syrup
• 1 egg
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup blueberries plus a few extra to decorate top of bread
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 tablespoons granulated sugar
