  1. In a large bowl mix together the flour and salt,. Make a well in the center.
  2. Pour oil and water into the well of the dry ingredients. Knead dough just until dough is well mixed.
  3. Let rest for 10 to 30 minutes. I have used it even sooner
  4. Roll out about 1/8 "
  5. Cut with clean soup can or biscuit cutter.
  6. Fill with filling of chose, place on floured cookie sheet to freeze.
  7. Filling: mix potatoes and cheese together.
  8. Cream sauce: Mix ingredients together and simmer until slightly thickened, pour over pierogi, serve or put into oven to thicken up more.
