Pepperidge Farm Sausalito Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb butter, softened
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1Â 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 c. flour
- 1Â 1/2 x 12 ounce. pkgs. semi sweet choc. chips
- 3 c. minced macadamia nuts
Directions
- Cream butter, Large eggs, and vanilla in bowl. In a different bowl, sift together the sugars, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and flour.
- Combine the dry mix with the egg/butter mix. Add in the chocolate chips and nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls, place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10 to 11 minutes.
