.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnywhoo,%20I%20wanted%20to%20be%20a%20little%20clearer%20with%20the%20recipe%20title%20for%20today%E2%80%99s%20post:%20%20Peppered-Cherry%20Vinaigrette.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPeppered-Cherry%20Vinaigrette%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhisk%20ingredients%20vigorously%20together%20(or%20pulse%20a%20few%20times%20in%20a%20blender).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20dressing%20was%20delicious%20on%20a%20salad%20that%20was%20virtually%20fresh%20from%20the%20farmers%20market.%20%20%20We%20bought%20some%20beautiful%20mixed%20greens%20(I%20found%20arugula,%20fris%C3%A9e,%20red%20lettuces,%20and%20a%20bit%20of%20romaine%20in%20the%20mix),%20just%20harvested%20pears%20and%20a%20mix%20of%20pear%20cherry%20tomatoes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFresh%20Pears%20from%20the%20Saturday%20FM.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20honey%20crisp%20apple%20was%20a%20leftover%20from%20a%20grocery%20store%20run,%20but%20it%20was%20perfect%20to%20round%20out%20this%20salad.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMixed%20green%20salad%20with%20pears,%20apple%20and%20cherry%20tomatoes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJust%20as%20a%20total%20aside,%20we%20attended%20the%20Gatesway%20Balloon%20Festival%20this%20past%20weekend.%20%20%20Gatesway%20is%20a%20non-profit%20that%20assists%20individuals%20with%20intellectual%20disabilities.%20%20%20%20We%20try%20to%20attend%20this%20festival%20often,%20but%20in%20retrospect%20it%20had%20been%20over%20five%20years%20since%20we%20had%20attended.%20%20%20It%20was%20a%20spectacular%20event.%20%20We%20live%20close%20enough%20that%20we%20were%20able%20to%20attend%20the%20morning%20flight/competition%20at%207:30%20a.m.%20and%20return%20around%205:30%20p.m.%20for%20the%20evening%20flight%20and%20glow.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%E2%80%99s%20see%20a%20small%20video%20that%20I%20somehow%20created%20(with%20truly%20no%20idea%20how)%20on%20Google%20Photos.%20%20(Actually,%20I%20do%20know%E2%80%94it%20was%20Auto%20Awesome%20but%20it%20was%20a%20total%20surprise%20for%20this%20neophyte!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20a%20huge%20crowd%20and%20these%20were%20just%20the%20lines%20for%20food.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20foundation%20is%20remarkable%20and%20I%20hope%20they%20received%20many%20donations%20over%20this%20past%20weekend.%20%20If%20everyone%20that%20attended%20just%20donated%20a%20dollar,%20it%20would%20have%20been%20a%20great%20haul.%20%20We%20are%20going%20to%20recommend%20that%20they%20simply%20charge%20$5%20a%20car%20next%20year!%20%20%20The%20traffic%20was%20unbelievable.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
