Directions

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, combine oils, salt and red pepper in large bowl.
  3. 3. Drain pasta in colander, reserving 1/2 c. pasta water. Add in warm pasta with reserved pasta water to bowl, tossing with oil mix, spinach, ham and cheese till spinach wilts and cheese melts.
