Peanut Butter Rocky Road Bars Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Packed light brown sugar
- 2/3 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter,softened
- 1Â 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 x Teaspoion vanilla extract
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. Salted cocktail peanuts,minced
- 1/2 c. Semisweet chocolate pcs

- Try it.
- Preheat oven to 350 F,Grease 13 by 9 inch metal baking ban.Line pan with foil; grease foil.In large bowl,with mixer at low speed,beat brown sugar,peanut butter, sugar,an margarine or possibly butter till blended.Increase speed to high;beat till creamy At low speed,beat in flour,baking pwdr,vanilla,and Large eggs till well blended,constantly scraping bowl with rubber spatula.with hands,press dough onto bottom of pan.Bake 20 min.Sprinkle marshmallows,peanuts and chocolate pcs over top;bake 5 min longer or possibly till golden brown.Cold completely in pan on wire rack.When cold,transfer with foil to cutting board.Cut lenghthwise into 4 strips then cut each strip crosswise into 6 pcs
