Pasta & Green Bean Salad with Lemon Tarragon Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lb fresh green beans
• 8 oz medium shells pasta (uncooked)
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
• salt/pepper to taste
• bowl of very cold or ice water
• Dressing:
• 1 tsp grated lemon zest
• juice of one (1) medium lemon
• 1 tbs sugar
• 1 tsp dried tarragon leaves
• 2 tbs water
• 1/3 cup olive oil
