  • 1 pound lake perch fillets
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon-flavored crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1 t Creole or Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk or beer
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup slaw dressing, Bob and I use Marretti's
  • tarter sauce, Bob's favorite, Kraft Natural Lemon Flavor & Herb Tarter Sauce
