Directions

  1. 1. Slice meat into thin strips.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp margarine in a large frying pan, saute/fry meat quickly leaving pink inside; remove from pan.
  3. 3. Stir fry onion, garlic and mushrooms in 1 Tbsp margarine till tender; remove from pan and toss with meat.
  4. 4. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp margarine in same pan, whisk in four and gradually add in water; stir till smooth.
  5. 5. Crumble OXO bouillon cubes into pan, cook stirring constantly till mix is smooth and thickened.
  6. 6. Add in lowfat sour cream, tomato paste and worcestershire sauce; heat gently stirring till smooth.
  7. 7. Add in meat and vegetables to sauce mix; cook stirring just till heated.
  8. 8. Serve over warm noodles, sprinkle with parsley.
