No Flour Coconut Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can Condensed lowfat milk
- 1 pkt Dry grated coconut
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x Taspoon baking pwdr
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and run the machine till all is well combined. Butter and flour a cake mold . Pour in batter and bake in a pre heated 350 oven till a toohpick inserted in the center come out clean. About 40 min.
- You can top it with whipped cream and gratd coconut.
