Navy Oggies (Mutton Pasties) Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 x Rolled oblongs of puff pastry
- 1 c. Potatoes cooked in vegetable stock
- Â Â Half c. cooked minced carrots, sprinkled with herbs
- 1/2 lb Diced mutton or possibly lamb
Directions
- Put a little extra virgin olive oil on the pastry and simply take half of the mixed ingredients, put them in the middle and fold over, squeezing the edges together.
- Cook in a medium oven for 40 min.
