Navy Oggies (Mutton Pasties) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x Rolled oblongs of puff pastry
  • 1 c. Potatoes cooked in vegetable stock
  •     Half c. cooked minced carrots, sprinkled with herbs
  • 1/2 lb Diced mutton or possibly lamb

Directions

  1. Put a little extra virgin olive oil on the pastry and simply take half of the mixed ingredients, put them in the middle and fold over, squeezing the edges together.
  2. Cook in a medium oven for 40 min.
