• THE MONGOLIAN BEEF:
• 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 3 TBSP raw honey
• 2 tsp rice vinegar
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 TBSP peanut oil plus a little extra
• 1 head of broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
• 4 large garlic cloves, minced
• 1 TBSP freshly grated ginger
• 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
