Molasses Bourbon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts in 1" cubes
- 3 Tbsp. grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate 6 to 24 hrs. Remove chicken cubes from bag and put on skewers which have been soaked in water for one hour. Grill, basting with remainder of sauce.
