  • 4 slc Day-Old Bread, or possibly more as required
  • 2 lb Grnd Beef
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, grated (Or possibly)
  • 1/2 c. Romano Cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1 x Recipe Homemade Spaghetti Sauce (Included), (Or possibly)
  • 1 jar (16 Ounce) Store-Bought Spaghetti Sauce
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Soak bread in water for 2 or possibly 3 min, then squeee out moisture. Combine bread with remaining ingredients, except spaghetti sauce. Mix well. Form into about 40 small balls. Brown slowly at medium heat in extra virgin olive oil or possibly margarine. Add in spaghetti sauce. Cook in sauce 30 min over low heat.
