%20and%20all%20of%20that%20not%20so%20glamorous%20business-y%20stuff%20one%20must%20do%20to%20have%20a%20business.%20But%20the%20food!%20There%20is%20a%20lot%20of%20thinking%20about%20and%20working%20with%20food.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESince%20food%20is%20always%20on%20my%20mind,%20I%20LOVE%20getting%20a%20break%20from%20thinking%20up%20a%20menu%20in%20the%20evening.%20Everyone%20needs%20a%20break%20every%20now%20and%20then!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20flavor%20profile,%20for%20example,%20says%20that%20I%E2%80%99m%20loving%20chocolatey/coffee%20flavors,%20peppery%20flavors,%20and%20tropical%20flavors%20right%20now.%20I%20totally%20would%20not%20have%20described%20myself%20as%20liking%20tropical%20flavors,%20but%20when%20I%20read%20that%20description%20and%20look%20at%20the%20recipes%20recommended%20for%20me,%20I%20totally%20do%20like%20tropical%20flavors!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20decided%20to%20test%20the%20site%20out%20by%20making%20three%20dishes.%20I%20took%20it%20a%20little%20easy%20on%20the%20first%20go%20%E2%80%99round%20and%20made%20their%20On%20The%20Go%20Sloppy%20Joe%20recipe.%20I%20love%20sloppy%20joes%20and%20figured%20this%20would%20be%20a%20win%20for%20sure%20and%20it%20totally%20was!%20I%20topped%20mine%20with%20thick%20sliced%20dill%20refrigerator%20pickles.%20You%20can%20find%20my%20recipe%20for%20those%20pickles%20right%20here,%20just%20slice%20them%20into%20coins%20instead%20of%20spears!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELemon%20Pepper%20Cole%20Slaw.%20Once%20again,%20it%20was%20a%20huge%20winner%20and%20you%E2%80%99ll%20find%20the%20recipe%20at%20the%20bottom%20of%20this%20post.%20%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20think%20the%20lemon%20pepper%20flavor%20would%20work%20with%20the%20sweet,%20rich%20creaminess%20of%20the%20mayo,%20but%20it%20cut%20the%20richness%20and%20brightened%20the%20flavors%20beautifully.%20We%20really%20enjoyed%20this%20as%20a%20side%20dish%20and%20it%20was%20perfect%20for%20a%20quick%20summer%20meal.%20It%20took%20less%20than%205%20minutes%20to%20throw%20together%20and%20I%20only%20let%20it%20set%20in%20the%20fridge%20for%2030%20minutes%20(rather%20than%20the%202%20hours%20the%20recipe%20called%20for)%20and%20it%20was%20amazing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20recipe%20comes%20together%20super%20quick.%20The%20recipe%20says%20to%20let%20the%20cole%20slaw%20set%20in%20the%20fridge%20for%202%20hours%20before%20serving,%20but%20even%20at%2030%20minute,%20this%20is%20full%20of%20great%20flavor!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYield:%20serves%208%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrep%20Time:%205%20minutes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20bowl,%20combine%20the%20mayonnaise,%20sour%20cream,%20sugar,%20vinegar,%20and%20lemon%20pepper.%20Stir%20in%20the%20coleslaw%20mix%20to%20coat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERefrigerate%20at%20least%2030%20minutes%20or%20until%20ready%20to%20serve.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDon%E2%80%99t%20miss%20a%20post!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStay%20Connected:%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
