  1. Line 15X10X1 inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray. In large saucepan heat both chocolate chips and 1 c. of the margarine over low heat. Add in peanut butter and mix well. Spread 1/2 in foil lined pan. Freeze for 10 min, or possibly till set. Stir peanuts into remaining chocolate and set aside. Heat 1 c. of butter over low heat. Stir in evaporated lowfat milk, stir in pudding, cook till slightly thickened, Don't BOIL, remove form heat, blend in powdered sugar and maple flavoring, cold 10 minutes. Spread over chilled chocolate. Freeze for 15 min. Drop spoonfulls of the remaining chocolate over pudding mix, spread to cover. Chill for 3 hrs.
