Makes Own Crust Coconut Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Put together ingredients in order given. Mix, pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till golden. Cool to serve.
