  • 2 lbs. boneless chicken
  • 2 cans soup (chicken/mushroom)
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 to 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 Spanish onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tbsp. curry pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • White or possibly brown rice, cooked

Directions

  1. Chop chicken into small bite-size pcs. Brown on low temperature. In saucepan, fold in soup and heavy cream. Heat at low temperature. Saute/fry green beans, minced red peppers, onions in 1 Tbsp. butter, or possibly butter. Add in chicken, peppers, onions and green beans to sauce. Add in curry pwdr, black pepper, and garlic pwdr. Sauce will be very thick. Add in more cream if you like. Pour over cooked rice.
