Lime Daiquiri With Apricot Brandy Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. light rum
- 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 8 tsp apricot-flavored brandy
- 8 tsp Triple Sec Ice cubes as needed
- 1 x lime sliced thin rounds
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients in small pitcher till sugar dissolves. Fill 4 small glasses with ice. Pour rum mix over ice. Garnish with lime rounds.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Comments: At the restaurant this is called the Periodista ("journalist") because drinking it loosens the lips.
