Beef StroganoffI searched for the perfect from scratch recipe; Like most of my recipes I had to compromise by taking several online recipes to make my own version. This actually came out very tasty. I reduced the water amount as it came out kind of soupy which isn't a bad thing. |

Salisbury Steakyeah I made this one up too by trying different ways of making things. I found that mixing a little bit of flour, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, water, bullion cubes makes an awesome brown gravy. Then onions, garlic and mushrooms just is an added bonus adds awesome flavor. |
