yeah I made this one up too by trying different ways of making things. I found that mixing a little bit of flour, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, water, bullion cubes makes an awesome brown gravy. Then onions, garlic and mushrooms just is an added bonus adds awesome flavor.

Directions

  1. Make ground beef into patties
  2. heat skillet on medium heat
  3. brown on both sides
  4. remove from pan; set aside
  5. rinse skillet of any excess fat/grease
  6. put olive oil in skillet saute onions, mushrooms and garlic for about 3-5 minutes
  7. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, bullion cubes and flour stir with a whisk
  8. place patties back into skillet
  9. turn heat down just a little bit
  10. cover and let it simmer
  11. flipping the patties every 5-10 minutes until sauce is thickened
