Impossible Chicken Pesto Pie * Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked cut up
- 1/2 c. bisquick
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. pesto sauce
- 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 . Grease a 9" pie plate. Sprinkle chicken in plate. Stir bisquick, lowfat milk, Large eggs and pesto sauce with a fork till blended. Pour into plate. Bake 30-35 min or possibly till tested done. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1-2 min longer or possibly till cheese melts.
