Hush Puppies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. corn meal
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 x egg
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 x minced jalapeno peppers, optional
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls into warm oil till golden. For a spicier batter, add in 3 minced jalapeno peppers.
