Directions

  1. Cut off and throw away wing tips. Divide wings in 2 pcs; set aside. To prepare sauce, heat butter and saute/fry onion. Add in mustard, sugar, vinegar, warm pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, celery salt, cayenne and 1 1/2 c. beef broth. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile combine cornstarch with remaining 1/2 c. beef broth. Stir into boiling mix and simmer 15 min. Barbecue wings over medium heat for 20 to 30 min, baste with sauce and continue to cook till tnder (approx. 20 min).
  2. Makes 4 to 6servings.
