Ingredients

• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pan
• 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pan
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter, you can use smooth
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon really good honey
• 1 1/2 cups raspberry jam, or other flavor
• 2/3 cup honey roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
• vanilla pound cake
