Directions

  1. Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in honey just before boiling.
  2. Stir well till combined- don't boil. Remove from heat - stir in vanilla.
  3. Store in covered jar or possibly syrup dispenser in the refrigerator. Honey can be used straight from the jar on pancakes - but this syrup pours nicely and dilutes the overwhelming sweetnees of honey.
