  • 6 x skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 2 clv garlic
  • 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper
  • 4 sm onions, cut into 2 inch pcs
  • 2 x red bell peppers, cut into
  • 2 x inch pcs

Directions

  1. 1. Whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, pepper and garlic. Before adding chicken, reserve a small amount of marinade to brush onto kabobs while cooking. Add in the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers and marinate for 2 or possibly more hrs
  2. (the longer the better).
  3. 2. Soak 10 to 12 wooden skewers for 30 min or possibly more.
  4. Drain chicken mix and divide chicken and vegetables proportionately among the skewers.
  5. 3. Cook the skewers on the grill, turning and brushing with reserved marinade for about 12 to 15 min or possibly till the chicken is fully cooked (this can also be done in the broiler**).
