Ingredients
- 3 quart Seltzer water
- 2 c. Whipping cream
- 2 1/3 c. Torani raspberry syrup (see note)
- 3/4 c. Torani orgeat (almond) syrup
Directions
- Of Oregon Zero Proof MixOff contest.
- Mix seltzer, cream and syrups. Serve over ice.
- Note: The syrups can be found in specialty food stores and some coffee stores.
- Makes 34 1/2-c. servings
