Ingredients
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and chilled
- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten

- 8 ounces (1 cup) cottage cheese, at room temperature
