  • 1 and 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats (blended up in the food processor and measured after blending)
  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten Free all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 6 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite gluten free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite gluten free peanut butter chips
