  • 1 pkt (120 g) Stove Top Chicken Flavour Stuffing Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 1 c. Diced cooked ham
  • 1 c. Grated swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. Each: frzn peas and Minced red pepper
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. PREP TIME: 15 minutes. BAKE TIME: 30 minutes. MIX stuffing crumbs,seasonings and butter in a lightly greased 9 in. quiche dish or possibly pie plate. Spread over bottom of dish. SPRINKLE peas, minced peppers, ham and cheese proportionately over crumbs. BEAT lowfat milk and Large eggs together till well blended. POUR slowly over mix in dish. BAKE at 350*F for 30-35 minutes. or possibly till set. Let stand for 10 minutes. before serving.
  2. Makes 6 servings VARIATION: Substitute ham and Swiss cheese with 1 can (6.5 ounce./184 g.) solid white tuna, liquid removed, chunked and grated Cheddar cheese.
