Ham And Cheese Sandwich Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 slc American cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 lb Ham slices
- 1 lrg Tomato, minced
- 1 x Onion, minced Mayonnaise Garlic pwdr to taste
- 1 x 12" Mama Mary's Gourmet Pizza Crust Or possibly Boboli Melted butter
Directions
- Brush crust with melted butter. Top with ham slices covering all of crust, continuing to layer till all the ham is gone. Top ham with a layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle minced tomatoes and onions over the top of the mayonnaise. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr to taste. Place individual pcs of American cheese to cover top layer. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, then Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven till warm or possibly till cheese melts. Remove from oven and let stand 5 min. Slice and serve as you would a pizza. Just as good reheated the next day. Cut in small squares and serve as an appetizer if you like.
