Gumbo Joe's Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup (Campbells)
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoning salt
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown grnd meat, drain fat and add in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 min. Serve on buns. Yields: 4 servings.
