Ingredients

• 1-½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-½ inch cubes
• 6 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
• ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
