Green Tomato Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Oil
- 1 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 c. Minced green tomatoes 4 c.
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Walnuts
Directions
- Directions: Cream together oil, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add in to egg mix. Combine well. Add in tomatoes, raisins, and nuts.
- Makes 2 loaves Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
