Directions

  1. Boil tomatoes and chili pepper in water till tomatoes are soft. Allow the water and the tomatoes to cold (the seasoned water is used in this recipe).
  2. Peel and remove seeds from the tomatoes...Pop into a blender along with your chili pepper and the seasoned water. Add in the rest of the above ingredients. Puree till well mixed and smooth. Cold and serve.
