Gordo's Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lb Hamburger
- 3 can Chili sauce
- 2 can Catsup
- 2 cl Garlic
- 1 c. Broth from beef
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 2 c. Red kindey beans Salt to taste
Directions
- Cook meat in 4 c. water with garlic, till tender. Salt. Drain, saving broth.
- Brown flour in oil gradually adding chili sauce and catsup. Add in broth and let simmer 15 min. Add in meat and beans, cover and continue simmering for 30 more min.
