  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 chicken breast halves, skinned & deboned
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon J.D.'s Magic
  • 1 1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts in oil till well browned. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, marjoram, J.D.'s Magic. Gradually add in orange juice and stir till well blended. Pour over chicken in skillet and reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 min or possibly till chicken is done, turning chicken once during cooking and stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with orange peel.
