  • 1 c. Light mayonnaise
  • 2 med Cloves garlic, peeled, forced through a press
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 16 slc ( 1/4-inch thick) French or possibly Italian bread

Directions

  1. 1. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic and Parmesan.
  2. 2. Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast on one side under a warm broiler.
  3. 3. Turn and spread the garlic mayonnaise on the toast and broil till golden brown and bubbly.
