Frozen Cinnamon Apple Pie (Motts) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Granola
- 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter, melted
- 1 quart Vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 c. Cinnamon Apple Sauce
- 1/4 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Apple Slices, if you like Whipped Cream
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients; mix well. Press mix firmly in bottom and up sides of 8 or possibly 9-inch pie pan. Chill 15 min.
- In medium bowl, combine ice cream, apple sauce, pecans and cinnamon. Spoon ice cream mix into prepared crust. Freeze till hard.
- Garnish with apple slices and whipped cream.
- Notes: Pantry: Mott's Cinnamon Apple Sauce. This frzn ice cream pie is great to have in the freezer for unexpected guests. Garnish with apple slices and whipped cream.
