Ingredients

  • 1 lrg banana fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1 c. low-fat plain yogurt - (8 ounce)
  • 3 Tbsp. honey or possibly other sweetener

Directions

  1. Slice bananas and drop in blender jar or possibly food processor bowl. If using frzn banana, partially thaw, snip off end of skin, and squeeze directly into food container. Add in remaining ingredients. Blend till smooth. Freeze till mushy.
  2. Beat and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze till hard. To unmold, hold in hand or possibly let set at room temperature till mold will slide off. Enjoy.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  4. Serving size: 1 popsicle.
  5. Variation: If flavored, sweetened yogurts and other fruit are used, honey or possibly other sweeteners won't be needed.
