- 1/2 c. Minced Maui onion
- 1/4 c. Minced red bell pepper
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh marjoram or possibly basil
- 1 x Hawaiian red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Grated lime rind

- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
