Fran’s No-Bake Cherry & Walnut Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup ground walnuts
- ½ cup salted butter, at room temperature, cut into cubes
- For the Cheesecake:
- 11 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
