Directions

  1. Start lowfat milk warming in sauce pan. In a small bowl mix egg yolks, salt, sugar and vanilla. Mix egg yolk mix into warm lowfat milk. In 1/2 c. more cool lowfat milk dissolve cornstarch and mix into lowfat milk and egg mix on stove. Cook till mix bubbles and you cannot stir it down.
  2. Bread egg whites and fold into pudding. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
