Famous Kansas Flightless Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lb Chicken Wings
- 1/2 c. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Ginger
Directions
- Cut chicken wings into three peices and throw away the tips. Combine other ingredients in a large bowl. Add in wing pcs and stir to coat well. Cover and let stand for 45 min.
- Place wing pcs on the grill and brush with remaining mustard mix.
- Grill over medium-warm coals about 15-20 min, turning once.
