olive%20oil.%20%20Place%20on%20a%20baking%20sheet%20under%20a%20medium%20grill%20and%20toast%20until%20golden%20and%20crisp.%20While%20they%20are%20toasting,%20slice%20each%20olive%20into%203%20or%204%20slices.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemve%20bread%20from%20the%20oven%20and%20allow%20to%20cool%20a%20little.%20%20Spread%20each%20slice%20with%20a%20generous%20amount%20of%20pesto%20and%20top%20with%20a%20couple%20of%20olive%20slices.%20%20Serve%20garnished%20with%20chopped%20parsley.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
