  • 1 can Warm Chili
  • 1 can Regular Chili
  • 2 can Oven-roasted Beans
  • 1 med Onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Catsup
  • 1/4 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 x Clove Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 pkt Wieners
  • 1 can Beer

Directions

  1. Drain fluid from the canned ingredients. Pour the chili and beans into the crock pot. Add in the diced onion. Set the crock pot on low heat and start cooking.
  2. In separate mixing bowl, blend together the barbecue sauce, catsup, liquid smoke, brown sugar, and garlic. Pour the mix into the beans and stir to blend. Keep cooking.
  3. Cut warm dogs in chunks about 1/2-inch long. Put the wiener chunks in a sauce pan and cover with the beer. Heat over a moderate temperature till boiling.
  4. Drain beer from the warm dogs and stir them into the beans. Let the beans cook on low till the onions are soft. Usually an hour or possibly two.
