Easy Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x Over-ripe banana
- 4 x Frzn strawberries
- 1 c. Pink grapefruit juice, or possibly substitute another juice
Directions
- Blend till smooth. (You can also use fresh strawberries and frzn banana - just peel the banana the night before and wrap it and freeze it. Break it up before blending.) This serves 1.
