Ingredients
- 4 c. sifted flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. instant potato flakes
- 1/2 cool lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix all together, flour and roll; thicker than a pencil, cut into 1 inch pcs and flip with thumb. Boil in salted water; drain and serve with favorite spaghetti sauce.
